Why I'm Building This

I desperately needed this while waiting to get matched with a therapist.

I was using ChatGPT to help me process, but it kept jumping to solutions when I just needed questions that'd help me get curious about what I was feeling first. I knew I needed professional help, but my feelings couldn't wait weeks for a placement.

So I built this for myself.

It got me through the wait.

I found a therapist eventually, and I still use it between sessions, when things come up and I need to work through them right away.

Then I started talking to others in therapy, or who’ve been, who were also turning to AI when they felt stuck, stressed, or caught in a dilemma. This helped me realize we all shared the same gap: we value the time and human connection with our therapists, but things come up constantly between sessions, sometimes dozens in a week, and some of them we need to process in the moment, not wait to talk about later.

That's what this is for. A place to process things as they come up, until you're ready to talk to someone about it.
I built this because I needed the space to give an objective view, spark curiosity about myself, and build confidence in showing up as my authentic self. Now it's here for you when you need it.
